At the same time, a new development pattern in China, with the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and international dual cycles promoting each other, is taking shape, The trend of global value chain reconstruction is obvious, and the digital economy is in the ascendant. Many frontiers and hot topics, including how to grasp the new development stage and implement the new development concept, how to take advantage of our own open economy, conforming to the trend of global economic regionalization, promoting the effective integration of China's industrial chain, supply chain, innovation chain, capital chain and talent chain, giving full play to the comparative advantages of the Free Trade Zone, seizing the opportunities of RCEP and the "Belt and Road", further releasing the first-mover advantage of the open economy, and achieving high-quality development of the open economy, were discussed deeply, which has great theoretical significance and practical application value.
