Recently, in the selection results of the excellent graduation design (thesis) of the junior college in Jiangsu Province in 2021, the graduation thesis Research on Bank-Enterprise Systemic Risk Based on Multi-Layer Network, directed by Professor Li Shouwei of our school and written by student Liu Yifu in the major of Financial Engineering, won the first prize. The graduation thesis The Influence of Employee Leadership and Manager Leadership Interaction on Conflict Efficacy under Different Knowledge Level Conflicts, directed by Professor Lv Hongjiang and written by student Fu Xingyue in the major of Business Administration, won the second prize.
It is reported that our school won the prize again after winning a second prize in the selection of outstanding graduation design (thesis) in 2019, and a first prize in 2020, which fully reflects the achievement of the college in promoting talent training in recent years. Our school attaches great importance to undergraduate graduation design and thesis guidance, strictly manages and supervises the entire process of undergraduate graduation thesis (design), insists on consolidating basic teaching, and effectively improves students’ comprehensive knowledge application ability and innovation ability, which effectively guarantees the quality of graduation thesis (design) and student’s development.
