Abstract:
Contemporary financial and management education is increasingly multidisciplinary. The training of financial talents is no longer limited to the training of traditional financial professional knowledge and skills but emphasizes the improvement of comprehensive quality. Especially for the cultivation of international vision, innovation literacy, and leadership capability. Located in London, the world financial center, the London School of Economics and Political Science has trained many leaders in the financial industry for the world and is also on the front line of exploring the new direction of financial management talent education in the new era. The speaker will share some observations and experiences on the internationalization of financial management talents and leadership training in the new era based on the experience of teaching and research at the school.
About speaker:
Dr. Hu Xiaoran is currently an Assistant Professor of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from London Business School and a master's degree in Social Science from Columbia University. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from the School of Economics and Management of Southeast University.
